Self-affirmed GRAS Certification for Siallac3® & Siallac6® - completed in 2017. 

US FDA GRAS notice for Siallac3® (3'-Sialyllactose sodium salt) (GRN NO.766) is under review and is expected to be approved by the  end of this year. 
US FDA GRAS notice for Siallac6® (6'-Sialyllactose sodium salt) is under preparation for filing and will be filed in the second half of this year. 
Currently, Siallac3® and Siallac6®  are available as ingredients for food and drinks where self-affirmed GRAS status for such products are acceptable.
